Tips On Overcoming Post Fight Depression

At one point or another almost every fight goes through a battle of post fight depression. It doesn’t even have to be due to a loss either, it can even be from a win (like my friend Paul Banasiak talks about here). Learning how to deal with and overcome this mental struggle can be the difference between continuing your career as a martial artist or giving up and trying something else.

My training partner Chris Mauceri and I discuss our thoughts and share some tips on how to deal with post fight depression in this weeks Muay Thai Monday:
