Neck and Grip Strength Workout

No one likes to feel weak inside the clinch and although technique is a HUGE part of clinching, having a strong neck and grip strength can provide you with an advantage, especially over same-size opponents. Give this workout a try and feel free to mix and match to create your own workout with the exercises I show you. Also keep in mind this is NOT an everyday workout - aim to do it 1-3x a week.
