What’s up! My name is Sean Fagan and I’m the owner of Muay Thai Guy.

My goal for this website is to help you improve your training by supplying you with as much useful information on Muay Thai training, techniques, nutrition, mentality and the culture and tradition that makes the sport so unique.

If you’re like me, Muay Thai is more than just a sport, it’s a way of life!

Since I’ve started Thai boxing, I have more purpose to wake up in the morning and make the most out of the day. Not only has it helped me get in the best shape of my life physically, but it has also helped me sharpen my mind, relieve the stress of everyday life and feel more confident about myself.

Who I Am

I’m just a normal dude who happens to really enjoy punching people in the face.

I grew up in New Paltz, NY and started training muay thai in 2008 at Black and Blue MMA in Kingston, NY. My first fight was in Thailand and the rest is history. Currently my record is 19-6 and I hold the TKO and WKA US national title at 145lbs.
