My Muay Thai Journey: Part 1
Power Punching Technique & “Street Fighter” Breakdown
My goal for this website is to help you improve your training by supplying you with as much useful information on Muay Thai training, techniques, nutrition, mentality and the culture and tradition that makes the sport so unique.
If you’re like me, Muay Thai is more than just a sport, it’s a way of life!
Since I’ve started Thai boxing, I have more purpose to wake up in the morning and make the most out of the day. Not only has it helped me get in the best shape of my life physically, but it has also helped me sharpen my mind, relieve the stress of everyday life and feel more confident about myself.
I’m sure you’ve changed for the better ever since you began your Muay Thai journey too, right?
If you are as addicted and passionate about the sport as I am, make sure you join the best community for Muay Thai fans and fighters there is – Nak Muay Nation!
Who I Am
I’m just a normal dude who happens to really enjoy punching people in the face.
I grew up in New Paltz, NY and started training muay thai in 2008 at Black and Blue MMA in Kingston, NY. My first fight was in Thailand and the rest is history. Currently my record is 19-6 and I hold the TKO and WKA US national title at 145lbs.
To learn more about me and my career, make sure to check out my podcast interviews with Muay Thai Radio, The Striking Corner, and Bad Guy Muay Thai Podcast where I go more in depth about my journey through Muay Thai. You should also follow my video blog and training journal to keep up to date with what I’m doing!
Follow My Journey
Since I’ve began my training I’ve gone through my fair share of ups and downs throughout my career. In addition to that, I also share some of the best training tools, methods and drills that I’m sure will help you with your training as well. Start by watching the first video at the top of the page!
